NORTH: Robert Murray 'Bob' - A resident of Kent Bridge, formerly of Ridgetown, Bob North passed away suddenly at his residence on Friday, April 3, 2015 at the age of 55. Born in Chatham, Bob was the son of Emilienne (DePauw) North and the late Donald Walter North (1999). Beloved husband of almost 21 years to Sandra (nee Osborne). Bob will be missed by his canine best friend Max. Dear brother to Marjorie Jones (Ken), Darlene McMahon, Loriann Martin and Mark North (Glenna Pickering). Predeceased by his brother Paul (2000). Proud uncle to Janalyn (Mike), Harley (Emily), Arelis, Michelle, Megan (Deryck), Cassandra (Trevor), Matthew, Christopher, Jonathon, Casey, Regina (Brent), Karen (Shane), Adam (Patty), Derek (Brittany), Alexander and Jason. Great uncle to Angel, Brooklyn, Aiden, Brayden, Noah, Amethyst, Cyrus, Hannah, Kaylee, Charleigh, Hudson, Avery and Ellery. Also missed by many friends and extended family. Bob drove truck for Active Canada (the former Dominion Auto Transit) for over 30 years and at J.W. Mifflin Trucking for the past four years. He was a bodyman who loved working on classic cars. He enjoyed cruising in his red 63 Corvette. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 76 Main Street East, Ridgetown on Wednesday from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. & 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Michael's Catholic Church, 26 George Street, Ridgetown at 11:00 a.m on Thursday, April 9, 2015. Interment to follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Ridgetown. Donations made in memory of Bob to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Lung Association or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
