Obituary of Emilie Marlatt

MARLATT, Emilie, a resident of Chatham, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 12, 2014 at Meadowpark Nursing Home at the age of 86. Beloved wife of Harold Marlatt. Loving mother of Wayne & Claudette Marlatt of Chatham, Dennis & Cheryl Marlatt of Owen Sound and Ron & Yvette Marlatt of Chatham. Cherished grandmother of five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Dear sister to Mary Aitken and the late Stan Sedlacek and Tony Sedlacek. Emilie enjoyed gardening and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Family to receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham, on Wednesday from 7:00-9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 15, 2014 with Rev. John Anderson officiating. Interment to follow at Pardoville Union Cemetery, Raleigh, Township. Donations in memory of Emilie to the Diabetes Association, O.S.P.C.A of Chatham-Kent and the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
