Obituary of Tom Graham

Graham, John Thomas Grant, a resident of Chatham. Known and loved as Tom Graham, died Thursday March 13, 2014 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance-Chatham Campus, a the age of 69. Born in Chatham, son of the late Lou & Evelyn Graham. Beloved husband of Nancy S. (Lammens) Graham. Dear father of J.D. Graham (Susan), Stratford; Kelli Graham, Chatham and Tiffani Amato (Paul), Chatham. Grandfather of 4 grandchildren; Blair Graham, Paytn Graham, Taylr Graham-Amato, Olivia Amato and one great-grandchild, Laytn Graham. Brother of Geraldine Gutteridge (Warren), Merlin; Elaine Wilson (the late Ron), Chatham; Donna Botting (Bob), Chatham and the late Marjorie Graham. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Tom was dedicated to the Youth Bowling Council, the Maple City Slo Pitch League and a long time member of the former Chatham Jaycees. Tom’s family extends a special thanks to Dr. MacDonald and the staff of 4th floor CKHA-Chatham Campus for their dedication and hard work. Friends will be received at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St., Chatham, on Sunday March 16, 2014 from 7:00-9:00 and Monday March 17 from 3:00-5:00 & 7:00-9:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be conducted at the Funeral Home on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow.
