Obituary of Eunice Stirling
STIRLING: Lillian EUNICE Stirling (nee Case) – Aged 96, passed away peacefully at Riverview Gardens on February 26, 2024.
Beloved wife of the late Gordon R. Stirling (2014) for almost 65 years.
Daughter of the late Marvin T. and Lillian (Johnson) Case.
Predeceased by her sister Mary EVELYN Gerlach (Hugo) and her beloved Aunt Mildred Case as well as step-mother, Jean Cameron Case.
Also predeceased by her brother-in-law, Ken Stirling (Mildred Huffman) and sister-in-law, Alberta Little (Bruce).
Survived by her nephew Richard Gerlach (Claudia) and children Melanie Marshall, Valerie Patterson (John), Nicholas Gerlach (Larissa), Kristen Gerlach and Alex Gerlach (Alyssa) of California.
Her nephew Mark Stirling (Alice) and his children Todd Stirling (Krista) and Tracy Wright (Eli).
Her nieces Lori Babington (late Kevin) and son Tim and her niece Heather Muckle (Rob) and daughter, Miranda.
Eunice worked for the Bank of Montreal in Blenheim for 30 years. She was the treasurer for Fourth Line United Church for 40 years. A member of the Blenheim IODE and Fourth Line UCW. She enjoyed teaching Bible study.
Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 141 Park Street, Blenheim on Monday, March 4, 2024 from 10:00 am until the Funeral Service at 11:00 am. Interment will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, Blenheim. Donations made in memory of Eunice to the Blenheim Food Bank (payable to Salvation Army Chatham-Kent) or the Blenheim Medical Health Foundation, www.blenheimhealthhub.com would be appreciated.
