Obituary of Marjorie Ann Fair

Fair: Marjorie Ann With sadness, the family of Marjorie Ann Fair announce her peaceful passing on Sunday, February 8, 2015 at Village on the Ridge in Ridgetown. She was born in Chatham, Ontario, on January 4, 1931, daughter of the late Kyle (1950) and Hildred (Wigle) Simpson (1940). She was the beloved wife of the late Douglas A. Fair (1993). She was the adopted daughter of her Aunt Bella Simpson, who predeceased her in 1976, and is also predeceased by her only sister Phyllis (1988) and brother-in-law Robert Hills (1999). Marjorie is survived by her cherished niece, Victoria Ann Doidge and her husband Ian of Carlisle, Ontario, and their children Michelle and Christina; and her cherished nephew R. Lee Hills and his wife Linda of Ridgetown, and their children Jeremy and Mackenzie. At her request, cremation has taken place. A private family interment service will take place at Greenwood Cemetery in Ridgetown at a later date. A heartfelt thank you is extended to the staff of Village on the Ridge and Dr. Len Prins, for the exceptional care and compassion shown to Marjorie her family.
