Obituary of Vera Kathleen Parsons

PARSONS: Vera Kathleen (nee Brown) - A resident of Fairfield Park in Wallaceburg, Vera Parsons has gone to Glory early on Friday morning, February 6, 2015 at the age of 96. Born in Chatham, Vera was the daughter of the late Tyson Henry and Ella Nora (Duckette) Brown. Beloved wife to the late Rial Parsons (1990). Loving mother to Rial "Ted" Parsons and the late Roy "Jerry" Parsons. Mother-in-law to Pat and Virginia. Proud grandmother of Royce, Gervin and Nicole. Predeceased by her sisters Myrtle Shreve, Trula Handsor and Eva Jones and her brothers Arlington, Earl, Roy, Arthur and Melvin Brown. Much loved aunt of Robert and Anne Brown and great-aunt to Delmar and Mirtha Brown as well as many nieces and nephews. Vera had been a member of the Shrewsbury Baptist Church as well as the BME Church of North Buxton and the Second Grace Methodist Church in Detroit. Cremation has taken place with a private family burial to be held at a later date. Donations made in memory of Vera to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
