HEUVELMANS A resident of Chatham and formerly of Ridgetown, Johannes (John) Peter Antonius died at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, peacefully with family members at his bedside, on Friday, December 30, 2005 at the age of 100. Born in Hout Blerick, The Netherlands, on February 28, 1905, son of the late Cristiaan and Johanna (Bouten) Heuvelmans. Beloved husband of Josina (Van Vugt) Heuvelmans and the late Catharina (Relouw) Heuvelmans (1955). Loving father of Angela and Martin Van Raay, Ann and Andrew Dorssers, Elizabeth VanDerMolen, Theresa and Cor Ermers, Chris and Phyllis Heuvelmans, Theo and Ann Heuvelmans, Gerard Heuvelmans, John and Lorraine Heuvelmans, Mary Vandenberg, Cathy Denomy, and Leo and Carol Heuvelmans. Predeceased by sons-in-law Jude Denomy (2004), Eppie VanDerMolen (2000), Harry Vandenberg (1999), Lorne Avery (1984) and Carl VanUden (1961), daughter-in-law Christine Heuvelmans (1981) and one grandson (1963). Dear stepfather of Nellie and John Templin, Harry and Brenda Van Vugt, Dan and Gerianne Van Vugt. Grandfather of 44 grandchildren, 73 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. Predeceased by 2 brothers and 1 sister. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Monday from 2:00-4:30 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Parish Prayers will be offered on Monday at 7:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 3, 2006 from St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Chatham with Rev. Fr. Adrian Kimenai and Rev. Fr. Dennis Wilhelm. Interment St. Anthony Cemetery, Chatham. Donations, made by cheque, to Cancer Society or Charity of Choice appreciated.
