A resident of Ingersoll and formerly of Blenheim, Harold passed away at the Tillsonburg Memorial Hospital, on Monday February 6, 2017, in his 71st year. Born in Houghton Centre, Harold was the son of William Wesley Fick and Marjorie (nee Mills).
Beloved husband of the late Wendy Clare (nee Riddell).
Dear father to Sherry Hughes (Art) of Corinth, Ronnie Fick of Tillsonburg, Bobby Joe Fick of Ingersoll, Billie Jo Fick of Delhi and Betty Jo Nevill (James Boru) of Ingersoll.
Loving step-father of Mark Strathdee of Tillsonburg and Ricky Strathdee of Tillsonburg.
Proud Grandfather of 13 and Great-Grandfather of 9.
Brother of William Fick of Alberta, Gary Fick (Donna) of Port Burwell, and the late Roger Fick (surviving Eleanor) of Ingersoll.
Also missed by several nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
Harold was an active member at Glad Tidings Community Church and was a jack of all trades. He thoroughly enjoyed his woodworking and music.
Family will receive friends at the Glad Tidings Community Church, Hwy 3 East, Blenheim on Thursday February 9th, 2017 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m.. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00p.m. on Friday February 10, at Glad Tidings Community Church with Rev. Eric Revie officiating.
Interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Blenheim.
