TENGELITS: A resident of Chatham, Rosemary Margaret Tengelits, passed away at the Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, Michigan at the age of 71. Born in Chatham, daughter of the late Louis and Rose (Barath) Tengelits. Sister of Helen Lavoie of Courtwright, Ontario, Margaret Boone of Chatham and the late Louis (2002) and Alex Tengelits (1998). Also survived by several neices and nephews. Rosemary was a member of R.N.A., Gerontology Assn., Public Health Nursing Association, Past Board of Director's Member of Chatham Y.M.C.A., one of the Founding members and Past President of Lester B. Pearson Centre for Children and Youth (First Honorary Life Board Member), Set up and Administrator of Health Services for Street Adolescents and Children for Archdiocese of Toronto. Member of College of Nurses of Ontario, Member of Alumni: U. of Western Ontario (DPHN); U. OF Windsor (B.A., BScN); University of Toronto (Master Ed. Adm., D.Gerontology; St. Michael's Hospital School of Nursing, Toronto. Cremation has taken place and an inurnment at the Maple Leaf Mausoleum will take place at a later date. Donations made payable by cheque to the Lester B. Pearson Centre for Children and Youth, C.N.I.B., or Geranium House appreciated.
